In this 12 week program we get to work on ditching the diet mindset. The focus is really on nutrition and mindset. We have been brought to believe that diet is a dirty 4-letter word, and in the way it’s been used it certainly is. However, we talk about creating a diet aka a way of eating that is sustainable, enjoyable, and lets you live your life with beauty and vibrancy sans all the obsession over food. We work on cultivating a healthy relationship between yourself and food as well as a healthy relationship with you and your body. Though this program is designed as a DIY, you will have access to monthly coaching calls, Q&A sessions, and weekly check ins via email.
