TRANSFORMATION IN MIND AND BODY
So can you really have it all? Yes, but I believe you are going to have to work for it. Just like anything else that is important to you in life it is going to take being intentional and relentless in their pursuit.
While we are working on our physical transformations, we’ve got to also be working on the internal ones.
You could lose hundreds of pounds, but if you still see yourself as unworthy, unlovable, or any other adjective you might have used to describe yourself in the past the weight loss will NOT matter.
This is why I am a huge advocate for building a portfolio of stress management techniques (yes, that includes exercise!) as well as meditation, journaling, and a great deal of other tools.

Rather than you fitting your life around your workouts-getting fit shouldn’t be another chore on the list you dread. Find something that works for the time you’ve got and the life you lead.
