Sometimes it is just a matter of consistently making a few small tweaks to your current routine to get you headed in the right direction.

You don’t have to stay stuck in the land of the lost. You might be surprised to know that sometimes it is just a matter of consistently making a few small tweaks to your current routine to get you headed in the right direction.

To get the most out of this 30 minute session, I am going to need a couple things from you.

CLARITY

A clear idea of your current nutrition. I know it can be tempting to hold back because we fear being judged, but I need the whole scoop. This is a no-judgment zone and the more information I have about your current nutrition/ nutrition habits, the better I’ll be able to help you come up with a couple key strategies to implement as soon as we are off the phone.

GOALS

A basic sense of your current goals. Having a clear idea of what your current physical/ health goals are will again help us come up with the best strategies.

30 Minute Nutrition Audit 

On this 30 minute call, we will discuss your current nutrition, what is working well, and a few areas that might need a little work. Then based on your goals you will get feedback with specific strategies and suggestions you can begin implementing right away to start moving the needle towards those goals.
